Metsä Tissue has concluded negotiations with the works council regarding its investment and capacity adjustment plan introduced in January 2025 at its Kreuzau mill in Germany.
As a result of the negotiations, 93 employees will be made redundant out of the original estimation of 123.

Kreuzau is one of the largest tissue paper mills in Europe, supplying customers in Central Europe with high-quality fresh fibre tissue paper products.
